Casey CullenBBA, CIM

Casey graduated from Thompson Rivers University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Business Administration; majoring in finances and minoring in marketing. He began working with the Bradford Financial Team in 2011.
After completing his Chartered Investment Manager Designation (CIM) in 2014 he began working for IPC Securities. Later the same year Casey successfully amalgamated an office in Williams Lake, BC into his practice. In 2017 he became co-owner/operator of both Kamloops and Williams Lake practices with Vanessa Cullen. Casey completed his Derivatives Fundamentals and Options License is 2017; allowing him to broaden his offering to clients. Casey takes a holistic approach to investment planning with his clients knowing everyone has unique investment goals, tax, and estate planning needs. He looks to work with clients that have mutual commitment and accountability to reach their goals. Most important to Casey is his strong relationships with his family and friends. Throughout his youth and into university Casey has been heavily involved in sports. Along with his colleague, Hee Young Chung, he was a member of Thomson Rivers University soccer team. He continues to enjoy an active lifestyle with soccer, golf, and enjoying the outdoors.

Hee Young Chung, CPA, CA

Associate Advisor

Hee Young grew up in Kamloops and graduated from Thompson Rivers University in 2008. Upon graduation, he started his career with KPMG, a global Accounting, Tax and Advisory firm.
After earning his Chartered Accountant designation in 2011, he worked in various Accounting and Tax roles with large multinational organizations including AON, Canadian Pacific and most recently with Expedia in Seattle. He has also completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax program.
Outside of work, Hee Young is actively involved with soccer. While attending Thompson Rivers University, he was a member of the Men’s soccer team and is now an assistant coach with the team. He is also part of the coaching staff with the Whitecaps FC Kamloops Academy.
Hee Young has recently moved back to Kamloops to join the Bradford Financial team.

Supporting the communities within which we work


At IPC, we built IPC Cares to bring together the various efforts we make towards enhancing the communities within which we operate. By adopting causes that are close to our hearts, we keep ourselves committed and accountable.

Last year alone, as a company, we supported the aid efforts on the Fort McMurray fires, palliative care through The Healing Cycle Foundation and women and children through The Salvation Army.

Perhaps the most significant effort we undertake, and one that we believe is representative of the kind of work that inspires and keeps us committed to our Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) efforts, is the community development project in Honduras with The Carpenteros & Friends. Last year’s project involved a group of IPC staff and Advisors volunteering their time and energy on the ground. Very little is as inspiring and rewarding as living the lives of the people you’re helping, and every one of the people who took the journey came back a changed person, even more determined to stay committed to making a difference in the world!

We also made countless small but significant contributions of our time and resources within our communities through many grassroots charities we believe in, and the ripple effects of their efforts are always rewarding.
